Minh's Bistro
Minh's Bistro is one of my favorite restaurants! It is a Vietnamese restaurant located along, Coastal Highway, in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. They serve a variety of Vietnamese dishes such as; Vietnamese soups and sandwiches. Every ingredient is always fresh and hand made, and never disappointing to the taste buds! Also, for those of you that may be gluten free; some of Minh's dishes are gluten free.
When ordering, I will begin with an appetizer. I usually order the pork dumplings and for my entrée, I opt for the Vietnamese Pho. Pho is a rice noodle soup served with a meat of your choice and a plate of herbs. You can choose to have no meat if you want to. The meat I like to include in my soup is the rare, eye round. The thin slices of meat come out on a little plate, uncooked, for you to add into the soup at your leisure. The broth of the soup is warm enough to cook the meat as you add it in but not hot enough to burn your mouth. I had never tried Vietnamese before coming to Minh's Bistro but I am so thankful I did! You have to try them out for yourself!!
